That doesn't make sense.  GCC 3.2 or 3.3 do not support and never supported PowerPC little endian, so I can't imagine how could websphere ported to PowerPC little endian be compiled against that version of libstdc++.  Either it is a big endian binary/library and then we ship compat-libstdc++-33, or it is little endian and it must have been compiled by a newer compiler.
