Please move the red color box in the bottom to the top where just behind the black color box.

This is going to keep the color scheme of docs pages same as the other BZ pages.

It is a low priority and not a must have for 5.0

The red bar is gone and the rest of the UI is similar enough that it does not require changes just to be exactly like another part of the UI that has completely different usage.
