1. Add a config manager
2. Navigate to it, in list view

Actual results:
Icon is missing.

Expected results:
Icon is present.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
URL of the resource: https://<appliance_IP>/images/folder

This issue occurs only in 5.6 - was already fix in 5.7 and upstream

This issue was actually fixed in the 5.6 zstream as well.
