Description of problem:
Buenos Aires is in the wrong location since several releases.It's time to fix it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 24 Alpha installer

How reproducible:
Set timezone to Buenos Aires. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot with Fedora 24 Alpha
2. Install to disk
3. Select timezone to Buenos Aires

Actual results:
In the map, the pin is in the wrong place when selecting Buenos Aires.

Expected results:
The pin should be set to where Buenos Aires actually is.
