Description of problem:


1) Install satellite server
2) Take backup 
           (katelo-backup /home/backup)
3) While registering capsule, install katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm and then register using (subscription-manager register) works fine


[root@vmcapsule02 ~]# subscription-manager register
Registering to: satserver.com:443/rhsm
Username: admin
Password: 
The system has been registered with ID: 7f6d542d-fbc1-4b6c-a5df-bb665bbe7ef6 


4) Restore satellite using backup 
          (katellote-restore /home/backup)
5) install katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm and then register machine using subscription-manager register fails. 


ERROR:  could not read block 6 in file "base/17944/21882": read only 0 of 8192 bytes

This is postgresql bug with 9.0
