Description of problem:
Unlocalized message 'Automatically generated form...' under Form when in start process or instance submit dialog.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login bpms.
2. Click Process Managment -> Process Instances.
3. Click New Process Instance, select process deployment&process definition and click Start.
4. Check the message under Form and click Submit.

Actual results:
Unlocalized message * Automatically generated form, only supports simple text strings *

Expected results:
It should be localized.
