Description of problem: While provisioning Configuration Management Provider Upstream name  "Foreman" provider is displayed instead of satellite

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Infrastructure -->Configuration Management -->Configuration
2. Add new Configuration Management Provider 


Actual results: Showing Upstream name Foreman for Satellite provider


Expected results: There should be downstream name Satellite instead of upstream name Foreman
