How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login bpms with ja_JP/zh_CN locale.
2. Click Dashboards -> Business Dashboards.
3. Select jBPM Dashboard workspace.
4. Check the left panel of Process Dashboard.

Actual results:
Unlocalized and truncation strings in left panel of Process Dashboard in jBPM Dashboard workspace

Expected results:
They should be localized and no truncations.
