Description of problem:

Currently in 4.1 beta 2 there is only a display of volumes created by openstack console. 

# cinder create 5

There is no functionality adding/removing into Clouds -> instances volumes

This was fixed in 5.6.0. Please move to CLOSED CURRENTRELEASE if verification passes.
