Description of problem:
When workspace name/title is in Russian language, those Russian characters are being shown in unicode values in corresponding workspace settings window and hence in browser title bar. 
For example 'туццы' is being shown as '\u0442\u0443\u0446\u0446\u044B'

6.3.0 GA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in to business-central with ru_RU locale
2.Navigate to Dashboards->Business Dashboards
3.In 'Dashboard Showcase' window click on settings icon and one can notice the unicode values instead of actual russian characters.
                     

Actual results:
Text appearing in unicode values

Expected results:
Text should render properly
