Please branch for EPEL7, if there is no interest in maintaining this for EPEL7 I would be happy to.

As a point of reference, I have this building in a COPR in the mean time.

I don't think any of the cluster packages are using foghorn and therefore we did not package it for RHEL7. Is there a use case here?

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.
