Description of problem:
[zh_TW] All the tabs' image are incorrect and they are Simplified Chinese but should be Traditional Chinese in Home -> Home.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login bpms.
2. Click Home -> Home.
3. Click each tab and check the images.

Actual results:
[zh_TW] All the tabs' image are incorrect and they are Simplified Chinese but should be Traditional Chinese in Home -> Home.

Expected results:
They should be Traditional Chinese.
