Description of problem: When a person wants to know the ins and outs of `dnf versionlock` he/she must use Google. It would be nice to have: `dnf versionlock -h`, `dnf versionlock --help` and a man page for all the command options listed here: https://dnf-plugins-extras.readthedocs.org/en/latest/versionlock.html
