Description of problem:
[zh_TW] Many zh_CN characters mixed in Extensions - Data Sets pages.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login bpms in zh_TW locale.
2. Click Extensions - Data Sets.
3. Select any providers and next.

Actual results:
[zh_TW] Many zh_CN characters mixed in Extensions - Data Sets pages.

Expected results:
Should no zh_CN characters, should be displayed as zh_TW.
