Description of problem: When there is no host present for VM i.e. VM is Orphaned. For that VM 'Perform SmartState Analysis' option is enabled.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.4-beta2.3.20160421172650_719e256


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Compute --> Infrastructure --> Virtual Machines
2.Select any Orphaned VM
3.Click on Configuration--> Perform SmartState Analysis


Actual results: 'Perform SmartState Analysis' option is enabled for selected Orphaned VM.


Expected results: 'Perform SmartState Analysis' option should be disabled for Orphaned VM
