Description of problem:
We are currently trying to implement 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-enterprise-linux-openstack-platform/version-7/bare-metal-provisioning/#install_and_configure_openstack_bare_metal_provisioning_ironic

At multiple points, the documentation isn't clear. Where do you have to apply changes? On which nodes? How do you configure an environment that's a mix of virtual and baremetal instances?  Also, I think that the "services" tenant should be called "service", as that's where, by default, all our service definitions reside.

Bob and Derek (cc'ed) were reviewing this doc recently, they may provide some insights.

The guide required significant rewrites across multiple versions, and the decision was made to update the guide from version 8 and onwards, and leave the outdated version 7 guide unpublished. For this reason, I am closing this bug.
