currently creating a product reindexes all the subscriptions for an organization.  This takes ~6.5 seconds causing the full task for creating a product to take 8 seconds.  We should improve this.

Verified in SNAP12.1

I put the hammer product create command in a loop for 20+ products.

* Each iteration took ~4 seconds
* The time did not get progressively longer.


There is a possibility that this BZ introduced new bug #1332650, but this bug itself appears to be fixed.
