How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Create Image
2. Fill Name
3. Fill the Image Location
4. Leave the Format unfilled and click on Create

Actual results:
The Image location is cleared-out

Expected results:
The Image location field remains untouched.

Seems that this was reported upstream by Martin, can confirm that it happens but only on kilo.

Reproduced on python-django-horizon-8.0.1-6.el7ost.noarch

It seams that the upstream bug didn't fixed.

Note: This bug can reproduced if image format didn't recognized automatically,
      or the user move the format to 'Select format'
