How reproducible:
always, this is caused by the build flags

Steps to reproduce:
$ checksec --file /usr/bin/funzip
RELRO           STACK CANARY      NX            PIE             RPATH      RUNPATH      FILE
Partial RELRO   Canary found      NX enabled    No PIE          No RPATH   No RUNPATH   /usr/bin/funzip

Actual results:
funzip is not hardened

Expected results:
funzip should be hardened

I guess that it should be set for all executables - includes unzip, funzip, ...
