I tried the above procedure several times, it always took me to Compute:Services:Requests
upon the order submission.

I'm closing this with worksforme.

I went back and reproduced it again.  Next I cleared out all the browser cache and reran it and it worked correctly.  Tried on a second machine and it also worked.  Thanks for looking at it.
