Upgraded packages
After further investigation, it looks like the issue is due to a recent update of the Lightning Calendar update. Disabling that addon prevents the UI glitches. Created attachment 1151139 [details] Thunderbird screenshot Description of problem: After a recent batch of updates, Thunderbird's UI glitches very badly to the point of being unusable with blackened regions and double-up of UI components (see attached screenshot).
