Please, add a short section to the CDK IG describing the available dir synchronization methods.

- SSHFS is most universal (works on Linux, Mac, Win) (though sftp-server needs to be installed in Win)

- NFS is faster, but only available on Linux

- VirtualBox shared folders easy to use, but only available with VirtualBox

- rsync simple, but only one-way (and needs to be installed extra on Win)
