Release Notes guide should have sections by release version and not just everything dumped together.

oVirt 4.0 Alpha has been released, moving to oVirt 4.0 Beta target.

Hi Cheryl,

Can you tell me please if this can be implemented today?
Because we are still missing the release notes for the z-stream releases and this is inconvenient and inconsistent for the user experience.
