Description of problem:

A variety of changes in sat 6.2 have led to significant bitrot in the iso installer.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2.0 Beta (ISO)

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Register box to prod
2.  Download and mount Sat 6.2 beta ISO
3.  attempt to run 'install_packages'

Actual results:


[root@rhsm-qe-3 foo]# ./install_packages 
This script will install the katello packages on the current machine.
   - Ensuring we are in an expected directory.
   - Copying installation files.
   - Creating a Repository File
   - Creating RHSCL Repository File
   - Checking to see if Katello is already installed.
   - Importing the gpg key.
   - katello is not yet installed, installing it.

Expected results:

Installer works


Additional info:

I think it comes down to - 

* There's no reference to the new foreman installer/scenario stuff in
  the iso installer
* Scanning the source for the iso installer, it tells user at end to
  run katello-installer
* there's references in the --help akin to what I think is gutterball
  stuff that should no longer be there?
	 "  --enhanced_reporting  If
  	specified the enhanced reporting feature will be installed"
* Are we missing a gpgkey on package above?
