Description of problem:
Currently the bulk update is an ugly form at the bottom of the page, it should be replaced by the DataTables multi-row edit.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a bug list
2. Click edit multiple bugs

Actual results:
Eyes bleed from ugly form at bottom of page.

Expected results:
Eyes do not bleed.
