I'd need perl-Unicode-CaseFold for EPEL 6 and 7. Could you please branch and build ?
If you prefer, I can maintain the EPEL branches.

I've requested both branches. Please ask/take these as soon as they created (I'm not very interested in EPEL).

Unfortunately, perl-Module-Build in EL6 is too old.

Just patching the code to lower the Module::Build requirement seems enough for EL6.
