Description of problem:
After the latest update of selinux-policy-targeted, systems hang before reaching the graphical login.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
selinux-policy-targeted-3.13.1-183.fc24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update Fedora 24 to current state, namely as of 2016-04-28.
2. Reboot system, relabel, and reboot.

Actual results:
Graphical login is not reached any longer.

Expected results:
Graphical login is reached as expected.

Additional info:
When booting in permissive mode, graphical login is reached as expected.

Seems fixed in 3.13.1-184.fc24:

The correct resolution is ERRATA and not CURRENTRELEASE as exposed in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/BugStatusWorkFlow#CLOSED.
