Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a catalog item of type Amazon for ec2
2. Under Request Info , Environment tab - Availability zone
3. Select zone us-east-1a and save
4. Edit this item , us-east-1e is shown as the selected value.
No other values are displayed.

While trying to add a Catalog Item of type "Amazon" when i go to Environment tab. First time i see all available Availability Zones, after selecting an AZ from the list, i selected a value in "Virtual Private Cloud" pull down and that changes AZ pull down to only have 2 values "None" & the one i selected. Changing VPC pull down value back to "None" makes all values in Availability Zone appear again. Looks like something is getting set in back end code when sending up VPC pull down value.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 

If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
