The diagrams comparing an Appliance installation of the Manager virtual machine and an manual installation of the Manager virtual machine are currently in an appendix to the document. These diagrams provide a good explanation of the work flow and should be moved closer to the introduction of the guide. This may require some restructuring of the introductory chapter, and perhaps the creation of a separate section that outlines the installation options available (RHEL host vs RHEV-H host, Appliance vs manual).
