Description of problem:
It'd be nice to have the link for "Learn more" in system upgrade as translatable string in .pot file. It will allow bigger and active communities to prepare translated version of the article about new Fedora release.

Okay, this isn't something that gnome-software is providing. I'm expecting the actual release notes to turn up closer to the GA date, and then they'll be localised like normal.
