cannot run dnf update... there are missing dependencies. 

dnf update --best --allowerasing

Error: package open-vm-tools-10.0.0-8.fc24.x86_64 requires libicuuc.so.56()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed.
package gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-extras-1.8.1-1.fc25.x86_64 requires libopencv_calib3d.so.2.4()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed.
