Description of problem: Can't change admin's email address from Horizon, works OK from Keystone api. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhel 7.2
python-django-horizon-8.0.1-2.el7ost.noarch

How reproducible:
Every time, same issue on two separate systems.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Openstack with Director
2. Login to overcloud Horizon
3. Go to Identity tab, select admin user, try to change email address.

Actual results:
Fail to update with: "Error: An error occurred. Please try again later. "

Expected results:
Should be able to change email. 

Additional info:
Eventually I changed it from keystone: 
keystone user-update --email temp admin

Cant reproduce. Could you please add more info to this bug report? Logs and so on showing the failure?

I can't reproduce either, will try on next build and report.

I can not reproduce this, closing the bug. Please re-open, once you're able to reproduce and provide logs.
