Description of problem:

Console vv file generated by WebAdmin UI differs from one generated by REST API.

The difference is that [ovirt] section, required for virt-viewer vs. Engine communication, is missing in REST API generated vv file.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. inspect vv file generated by WebAdmin UI
2. inspect vv file generated by REST API [*]

The [ovirt] section is missing in vv file generated by REST API.


Expected results:

The [ovirt] section should be present in both vv files.
