Description of problem:
REF - Please enhance ns-activate.pl for activating bulk users as well.

rpm -qa | grep 389
389-ds-base-1.3.5.2-1.el7.x86_64
389-ds-base-libs-1.3.5.2-1.el7.x86_64

Please enhance ns-activate.pl script, so that we can use to activate bulk users, who got deactivated either by password policy or account policy.

It will be useful for the customers, who have bulk users expiring at the same time and they want to activate most of them in one go.

Per triage, we have no plan to implement this functionality unless a customer asks for.  Closing this bug for now.

Note: we opened an upstream ticket #48814 with the target milestone FUTURE.
