Description of problem:
swig contains some useful tools in Tools/ directory. These (particularly swig.gdb) are not packaged.

swig-2.0.10-5.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100% on RHEL-7

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.
