Description of problem:
When synchronizing a capsule, the status percentage can sometimes show a percentage that is unnecessarily precise. For example (98.05555555555556%). See the attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.2 Beta RC

How reproducible:
Occasional

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a capsule to sync content to.
2. Kick of the sync to the capsule.
3. Watch the percentage of completion during the sync process.

Actual results:
Sometimes a percentage has an accuracy greater than what is necessary.

Expected results:
No percentages exceed an accuracy of 0.01%.
