Description of problem:
The version list included inactive items after change bug's product 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.2-rh5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a bug not belongs to bugzilla
2.Then select a new product, like Bugzilla
3.

Actual results:
The version select able options included the inactive version of bugzilla

Expected results:
The version select able options should only include the active version

Not only for version, it also list the inactive release and milestone, this also should be fixed

Tested in QA environment(5.0.3-rh1)
Result: Pass
