Description of problem:
The following change log entry contains unescaped RPM macro, which is not allowed:

* Wed Apr 20 2016 Elio Maldonado <emaldona> - 3.21.0-12
- Fix a flaw in %check for nss not building on arm
- Resolves: Bug 1200856

%check should be spelled as %%check instead.

nss-3.21.0-12.el7

Additional info:
This causes problems to csmock (a tool for fully automatic static analysis of RPM packages).
