Description of problem:

The memory limit is stated as:

Memory 150 MiB min to 1 GiB max

Which is a min of request and a max of limit.  But that isn't stated at all and the goal is to hide request from any user input.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add to Project
2. Select a template (Ex: ruby:2.2)
3. Go under advanced and view the help for memory

Actual results:

Memory 150 MiB min to 1 GiB max

Expected results:

Memory 256 MiB min to 1 GiB max
