Description of problem:
I've got stuck with docs at the place, when it suggest to import the foreman_scap_client, but doesn't mention where the puppet module get from.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2 beta snap 8.2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. foreman-installer --enable-foreman-plugin-openscap --enable-foreman-proxy-plugin-openscap
2. try to import classes from the capsule with scap plugin


Actual results:
no foreman_scap_client found

Expected results:
Seeing the foreman_scap_client module among the modules to import

Additional info:
A workaround is to `yum install -y puppet-foreman_scap_client` manually

I have assigned this BZ ticket to myself because changes I have made in another BZ ticket - BZ#1385700 - should resolve this problem. To fix the first part of this BZ ticket's description, I have raised an Engineering BZ ticket, "puppet-puppet-foreman_scap_client should be installed when enabling the scap", BZ#1390831.

My reasoning for this approach is that it I can amend the documentation almost immediately, and so prevent this issue occurring for customers. When the code changes are made, the instructions for manually installing the "puppet-foreman_scap_client" package can then be removed.
