Bug 1333247

This bug is a follow-up from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1325026; where there were icons I couldn't replace for that bug (for reasons such as being unable to prompt a certain state in the UI, unable to find a menu, etc), they've been noted below to be hunted down at a later date:

_Managing Infrastructure and Inventory_
* Couldn’t replace these images (originals are in the /images folder):
2139.png (R)
2141.png O
2142.png D
2145.png (pause button)
2146.png (edit server relationship)
2152.png (eyedropper - Extract Running Processes)
* Cannot find Clouds -> Security Groups as mentioned in 9.2. Tagging Security Groups. Icons need updating.
* Could not replace “Extract Running Processes” icon in 10.9. Extracting Running Processes from Instances and Images.  Most images in chapter 10 appear to be updated, but it should be checked with a cloud instance.

_Managing Providers_
* Need icons for “Invalid” and “Unknown” for the table in Chapter 1. Infrastructure Providers

_Monitoring Alerts and Reporting_
Cannot find this functionality on any available widgets: 1.5. Opening a Chart or Report Widget in Its Own Window (didn’t change icon)
* In 3.2.1. Changing Report Views, cannot find any reports with these views, so unable to test/replace.
* UI icons in 3.9.3. Organizing Reports in Report Menus will need replacing once this engineering bug is fixed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1332759. Please also fix in 4.0 as well (open bug?): https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-cloudforms/4.0/monitoring-alerts-and-reporting/chapter-3-reports

_Provisioning Virtual Machines and Hosts_
* Cannot get to step 3 in 2.19.6.1. Creating a Provisioning Profile Instance to edit UI icons
