Description of problem:
netpbm-progs-10.24-2 distributes and installs the file
/usr/bin/doc.url which is just a text file containing

http://netpbm.sourceforge.net/doc/

The file should not be installed

Hi Ulrich,

thanks for reporting this. When upgrading to the latest netpbm I
haven't imagined the upstream developers will do such a stupid
advertisement. I'll report it to upstream and build netpbm-10.24-3
today to fix it.

netpbm-10.24-3 is just built.
