The description for the Jenkins template did not link to the README for it so I had no idea what the next steps should have been.  I also had no idea what username to log in with.  There was also no parameter for the username so i couldnt even request a specific username, only password was editable.

Create templates by myself,can see the jenkins readme in description part.
Will verify this bug when online env includes correct templates

The jenkins template under openshift project is still old in dev-preview-stg (openshift master:v3.2.0.44).
Description is not updated.

Jenkins description has link to README in dev-preview-stg (openshift master v3.2.0.44)
But Jenkins description dosen't link to readme in  dev-preview-int(openshift master v3.2.0.40)
I will hold to verify this bug untill template updates in INT env.

Since close to release, we only update STG. INT will not be updated for testing purpose.
Move this bug to verified.
