Description of problem: Snapshots management missing


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.5


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a vsphere provider
2. Find a VM and add a snapshot to it
3. Wait for the snapshot to complete
4. Navigate back to the snapshots page for that VM

Actual results: No snapshots are listed and the management buttons (add, delete) are not present


Expected results: Snapshot management buttons should be present
