Doc Text:	Previously, template descriptions in the web console were collapsed into a single line and truncated with no way to expand. Because the description could contain important information or warnings, this bug fix updates the web console to now display the full text, split into multiple lines if needed.	Story Points:	---

The linebreaks are no honored when specified in the template description. They are collapsed into a single space. Also the description is truncated too aggressively with no way to expand.

Fixed in origin/master.

Since target release is 3.2.1, will check when 3.2.1 puddle is ready
