Description of problem:
python-keystoneauth1 is not able to install from dnf.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf install python-keystoneauth1

Actual results:
No package python-keystoneauth1 available.

I think you're looking for python-keystone, that's what F23 has. python-keystoneauth1 appears in F24+.

Right, like Zbigniew mentioned, we only packaged python-keystoneauth1 in F24+
