Description of problem:

When creating a deployment for OpenShift on RHEV, but without CloudForms, the "Resources available" tooltip under OpenShift > Master/Nodes shows:

null vCPUs,
nullGB RAM, 0GB
Disk reserved for
CloudForms

If CloudForms is also selected, then the "null" and 0 values are filled in, e.g.,

4 vCPUs, 6GB
RAM, 80 GB Disk
reserved for
CloudForms

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Create RHEV + OSE deployment.
2.) See above output.

Actual results:

"null vCPUs, nullGB RAM" shown as reserved for CloudForms.

Expected results:

"null" replaced with 0, or tooltip text otherwise modified with appropriate text when CloudForms has not been selected.

Please re-test think we fixed this in past sprint.

Wasn't fixed last sprint, just confirmed the null values still. Will hide the tooltip if not deploying cloudforms.
