Description of problem:
It should be better to provide a field to fill the rhevm-appliance.rpm path during HE setup. Because we should give a path if the ova is not found in default path. But this path should also be a local path in host. So we need more actions outside cockpit during setup HE process. If we provide a field to download the remote rhevm-appliance.rpm and installed it automatically or download the remote ova path, it would be more convenient.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install rhev-hypervisor7-ng-3.6-20160506.0.el7
2. Disable NetworkManager service.
3. Start to setup HE
4. Select the create vm through disk.

Actual results:
1. The disk field only support local path this time.

Expected results:
1. It should allow the remote rhevm-applianca.rpm or remote ova path.

The whole flow will be pretty fixed.
We will not expect that the appliance will not be in the default path.

Bug 1320971 will help to ensure that the appliance is getting installed correctly.
