I have also tried to change the language settings to norwegian, but nothing happens. *** Bug 133642 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This is working fine for me when I set the Norwegian keyboard layout in the panel Menu->Preferences->Keyboard, click Layout tab then add & move the Norwegian keyboard to the top. I can get the symbols just fine with 1.1.2-5 from Rawhide. Can you please try with that version? Still not working,- I get these characters instead: æøÃÂ¥ But it works to copy/paste øæå to OpenOffice... This is wierd. I find a Keyboard on System settings and it is set to Norwegian. I have tried to remove it and installed it again from the CD. But that didn't work either. I have upgraded the suite to 1.1.2 but that didnt do the trick either. OpenOffice.org is the only program i have seen this problem in. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
