The above has been fixed by http://review.gluster.org/14818 .

The other snapshot issue highlighted in comment 1 is yet to be addressed, I am moving this BZ to snapshot component now with a change in the title.

    Warning type: NO_EFFECT
    xlators/mgmt/glusterd/src/glusterd-snapshot.c:4004 : warning: comparison of
    constant -1 with expression of type 'gf_boolean_t' (aka 'enum _gf_boolean')
    is always false.
    
    solution : "timestamp" was formerly declared as gf_boolean_t, now changed to
                int.

This bug is getting closed because a release has been made available that should address the reported issue. In case the problem is still not fixed with glusterfs-3.13.0, please open a new bug report.

glusterfs-3.13.0 has been announced on the Gluster mailinglists [1], packages for several distributions should become available in the near future. Keep an eye on the Gluster Users mailinglist [2] and the update infrastructure for your distribution.
